Namu Shipping and Returns

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed and shipped within two weeks of receipt unless specified made to order. We offer flat rate shipping of $15 or free local pick up in Rhode Island. For additional shipping assistance please write to: namu@namufuture.com

NAMU is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please submit a secure address and communicate with your carrier about delivery. Once the package is delivered we are unable to obtain additional information from our partner carriers.

Returns

We offer full refunds on unworn, undamaged items requested within 7 days of arrival. For returns submitted in the 8-15 day window we offer store credit or exchange. 

We do request that you pay for return shipping. If you'd like us to email you a shipping label for a return, this cost and the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Returns must be shipped within 5 days of receiving the label. We recommend insuring all return packages for the full value and the use of tracking services, as we will not be give refunds for items that are lost or damaged in the mail.

Please note it may take up to 30 days for the refund to appear in your account.
