The F Sequence Textile Series is a collaboration between designer Jungil Hong and The Weaving Mill in Chicago. It is an exploration of complex, dynamic woven relationships that yields new plays of color with each iteration. On one face of the textile, floated weft yarns produce a two tone geometric progression, while the opposite face displays the weft densely intermingled with the stripes of the warp yarns to create a distinct pattern and texture.
Zebra is woven in black and lavender from 100% cotton yarns at the Weaving Mill in Chicago, and finished by hand in Providence, RI.
